• Please fill out one form per immediate family so that we can accurately count numbers. Maximum 2 adults per family on a form(18+). We need to do this for indemnity purposes. 
• If you are registering with friends, please ensure you all register separately as you each need to accept your personal indemnity.
  
  

• Our Packing Weekend is held over 2 separate days. This form will only register you for the above mentioned date.
• We will be at Caulfield Grammar School, Caulfield Campus in the Lindsay Thompson Sports & Rec Centre, which can be found off McWhae Avenue, St Kilda East. Enter via car park. - Map here. https://bit.ly/3QEvyvZ
• Saturday is our 'Toy Day' where volunteers (you!) pick toys according to recipient families and then wrap them. We will have about 2500 toys to wrap.
• The whole weekend is family friendly - kids of all ages welcome.

• Arrive 10am for check in and briefing.
• The day typically finishes around 3pm however this can vary depending how efficient our wrappers are :)
  Please bring:
• A pair of scissors
• Sticky tape
• Wrapping paper
• A picnic blanket (for your group/family so you have a nice safe area to wrap)
• We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing a drink bottle and some lunch/snacks.
• Whilst all children are welcome - we ask that you please leave your fur babies at home. Woof!

• An email confirmation will be sent to you after today and another reminder closer to the event with all necessarily information.
• This is a free event - the 'purchase' at the bottom is just a confirmation.

• The nut-bush could come on at anytime for maximum dancing
