• Please fill out one form per immediate family so that we can accurately count numbers. Maximum 2 adults per family on a form(18+). We need to do this for public indemnity purposes. 
• If you are registering with friends, please ensure you all register separately. We require this for indemnity purposes.

• Our Packing Weekend is held over 2 separate days. This form will only register you for the above mentioned date.
• We will be at Caulfield Grammar School, Caulfield Campus in the Lindsay Thompson Sports & Rec Centre, which can be found off McWhae Avenue, St Kilda East. Enter via car park. Map here. https://bit.ly/3QEvyvZ
• Please park on McWhae Avenue as the carpark will be closed off due to trucks picking up and delivering to us throughout the day.
• Sunday is our 'Food & Delivery Day' where we will have volunteers pack hundreds of food hampers and then deliver to homes or recipients of organisations (if you are nominating to be a delivery driver).
• The whole weekend is family friendly - kids of all ages welcome (but please leave fur babies at home).
  
  

• You can register to pack food only, or pack food AND be a delivery driver.
• 9am Delivery Drivers arrive to register for briefing and confirm deliveries.
• 10am all other volunteers arrive if you are food packing only.

• We will be packing hundreds of essential food hampers via a massive production line of food and fun whilst music plays :)
• We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and bringing a drink bottle and some lunch/snacks.
• Once we finish packing all the hampers, the volunteers who have opted to delivery drive will stay back to collect the hampers to deliver to recipient families.

• An email confirmation will be sent to you after today and another reminder closer to the event with all necessarily information.
• Fun Christmas dress-up attire encouraged!
• The nut-bush could come on at anytime for maximum dancing
